Terms & Conditions
Once you have booked your spot with me for a custom artwork (Custom illustrations, custom portraits and textured artwork) Please make sure you send all reference photos before the scheduled month or within 15 days. Failure to do so will mean you forfeit your spot without a refund. Your reference photo can be submitted via email at paperandpaintsa@gmail.com, more than one reference photo is allowed. I only take a few bookings each month to ensure quality work, thus I work on a scheduled month ahead of time. Illustrations takes the full month they are scheduled for and orders will go out at the END of the scheduled month. Please make sure you have selected the same amount of "items" as you want in your portrait (e.g If you want a portrait of your family of two parents and two children, please select 2x Adult and 2x Children).
Return Policy
Full refund will be available if you cancel within 24 hours of purchasing.
50% refund is available after 15 days of purchase.
After 15 days there will be no refund option.
Due to the nature of this being art. I will be sending a photo of the illustration/portrait before shipping for minor changes if needed, once the artwork is shipped no return/changes option will be available.
DISCLAMER: Please make sure you are familiar with my style. I do not draw/paint in a realistic manner but rather in a very minimalistic style. Keep in mind that these are illustrations and done by hand, they are my representation of your reference photo.
